Our Story
Professionally shucked oysters served by Richard and the Heritage Oysters team at your chosen venue. Four generations of Richard's family have harvested oysters at Brancaster Staithe in Norfolk. The celebrated fisheries of Brancaster Oysters are presently operated by Richard's cousin Ben, and we collect all our oysters from the oyster farm just in time for your event, ensuring the oysters are extremely fresh when served to your guests.
We specialise in wedding drinks/canape receptions and bring all the necessary equipment to work seamlessly alongside other caterers.
